Property Club

The Property Club is an Australian property investment club. Originally founded as the Investors Club in 1994 by Kevin and Kathy Young, the name was later changed to the Property Club in 2014. The club currently has over 80,000 members.

Founder Kevin Young is an Australian property investor and author of the book ''Property, Prosper, Retire''. Property Club helps to educate members on property investment through seminars, conferences and mentoring, as well as assisting members to source investment properties. The club makes money from a 5% commission paid to the club by vendors.
The head office of Property Club is located in Brisbane, Australia. As of June 2014, the Property Club has 22 branches across Australia according to their website. Property Club has several divisions including Property Millionaires Club for members with more than $1 million AUD in their portfolios, and Young Investors Club focusing on younger real estate investors.
